Yay im here on the hekla volcano island. This divergent boundary island has a plethora of volcanoes. Hekla is the most active volcano in Iceland. It has had more than 20 eruptions since874. Because Iceland is in this divergent zone it has many volcanoes and also it has glaciers because there are mountains and it snows and thats what the name "the land of fire and ice" comes from. The volcano's height is 1,491 meters.
