Haiti
The earth quake was on Jan,12 2010 at 4:53 p.m.quake in Haiti. It was the strongest one to hit the island in more than 200 years. The quake was a 7.0 and caused a lot of damage. The death toll reached the thousands. The earthquake happened at a fault that runs right through Haiti along the boundary between the Caribbean and north american plates. The movement is transform which means that they move side to side. After years the damage is still visible but slowly getting better. I am here to do my best to help the survivors recover and move on with their lives.
